Riyadh — Mubasher: AFG International Company (Cenomi Retail) disclosed the Board of Directors' decision to form its audit committee for a new term beginning 12 August 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The committee’s mandate is scheduled to last for a duration of four years, concluding on 11 August 2030.
The newly formed committee includes independent member Hamad bin Hamdan Al Suraiye, who has served as the CEO of United Mining Industries since 2010.
The board also appointed non-executive member Russell Michael Rodrigues, who brings over 35 years of experience in finance and internal audit, currently serving as Group Internal Audit Manager at Al Futtaim Group.
Ismail Hassan Al Khatib was also appointed as a non-executive member. Al Khatib currently holds the position of Investment Manager at Al Futtaim Private Company and has over two decades of experience in financial management and strategic planning.
Cenomi Retail noted that the appointments were finalized during the board meeting held on 12 August 2026, adding that no objections from official authorities were applicable to these appointments.
